1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Notchly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. License
Notchly grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on up to two (2) personal Mac devices per license key. The free tier is available without a license. The Pro tier requires a valid license key obtained through purchase.
3. Payment
Notchly Pro is offered as a one-time purchase of $15.00 USD. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. All future updates are included in this price. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers (Dodo Payments or PayPal).
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of Notchly. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without express written permission.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Notchly does not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for license activation and payment processing.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware or software configurations.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Notchly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
